Jinhui Kiang, M.S., Ed.S.
Licensed Educational Psychologist LEP 4466
Jinhui (/jin-way/) is a Licensed Educational Psychologist based in San Diego, CA, with roots in Shanghai, China. She holds graduate degrees in School Psychology from San Diego State University and is nationally certified (NCSP) through the National Association of School Psychologists. With experience from preschool to high school, including specialized programs, she brings expertise in psychoeducational assessment, the IEP process, and 504 coordination. Jinhui values collaboration between families and schools, celebrates multilingualism and multiculturalism, and is committed to fair, inclusive evaluation practices.
Outside of work, Jinhui enjoys scuba diving and caring for animals.
